We respect the privacy of our clients. We only collect and store information that enables us to complete and correctly despatch orders and requests for price lists, or contact you whether by post, email or phone.

When you place an order with us, your name and address will automatically be put on our mailing list so you will receive our seasonal price lists. If you do not wish to receive our price lists, you are welcome to contact us and we will exclude your details from our mailing list.

We do not sell or rent out our mailing list to other companies. Your details will always remain secure with us and will not result in you receiving unsolicited mail from unknown sources.

If desired, customers are welcome to contact us about the personal information we have stored and we would be happy to disclose what information is held by us.
